Bryan Soudrain is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University, where he earned a Bachelor’s in Law. Originally from France, he is now pursuing his Juris Doctor at the University of Miami School of Law with the goal of becoming an international corporate lawyer. Bryan’s passion for community leadership began early, at just 16 years old, he founded the Junior Chamber of Commerce while attending Flagler Palm Coast High School. His commitment to youth empowerment, civic engagement, and global business continues to shape his academic and professional journey.

Heather Badger Felmet

Heather Badger Felmet

With over 15 years of leadership in waste management and environmental operations,
Heather Badger Felmet serves as Division Manager at Waste Pro USA. In this role, Heather oversees all facets of collection services, recycling initiatives, and customer operations across her division’s territory, ensuring both excellence in service and operational alignment with corporate and regulatory standards.

As a strategic leader, Heather manages day-to-day logistics for multiple service zones— including routing, fleet deployment, staffing, and safety programs—while maintaining strong budgets and service quality. She collaborates with internal teams to introduce innovative recycling programs, streamline operational processes, and optimize route efficiencies.

Heather also plays a critical role in community relations: she acts as the local face of Waste Pro
in her service region and builds trust through outreach initiatives, school education efforts, public
events, and responsive customer engagement. She firmly believes in transparent communication
and in being a proactive, responsible partner to the communities her division serves.

Chris Boyd

Chris Boyd

Chris Boyd is President & CFO of Internet Creations Inc (dba: Coastal Mountain Creative). Chris is a professional web developer with a background in editing, and enjoys working with and establishing lifelong relationships with his clients. He founded the agency over 25 years ago. 

Chris graduated from Woodstock Academy and Connecticut College. He resides in Palm Coast with his wife/business partner.

Ida Babazadeh, MPH

Ida Babazadeh, MPH

Ida Babazadeh is the Community Advocacy Senior Manager for the AdventHealth East Florida Division. In her role as Community Advocacy Senior Manager, Ida is working with organizations like the Boys & Girls Club, One Voice for Volusia/Flagler Cares and SMA Healthcare to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals in our community.

She is responsible for managing community benefit for the six AdventHealth campuses in Volusia and Flagler Counties. This includes developing the Community Health Needs Assessment and Community Health Plans every three years. She also organizes community health programs and screenings, events, and educational classes for the community. Ida lives by the AdventHealth organizational service standards and mission to Extend the Healing Ministry of Christ.

Ida received her Master of Public Health with a focus on Behavioral Sciences and Health Education from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health. While working toward her Master’s, Ida interned at Shepherd Center, a private, not-for-profit hospital specializing in medical treatment, research and rehabilitation for people with brain and spinal cord injury. She also worked in the Emory Recreation & Wellness Department as a Graduate Assistant. Prior to her graduate studies, Ida received her Bachelor of Science in Health Education from the University of Florida. While at the University of Florida, Ida was part of Eta Sigma Gamma, National Health Education Honorary, and was heavily involved with multiple local non-profit organizations.

Ida was born and raised in Daytona Beach, Florida. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Some of her hobbies include running, spinning, and playing with her little cousins. Ida also loves to give back to the community and volunteers with organizations such as FBH Community and Pace Center for Girls

Brian McMillan

Kelly Flagler

Kelly Flagler

Kelly Flagler is the owner and founder of Palm Coast Gymnastics, a beloved local institution serving the Palm Coast community for nearly 20 years. A former elite gymnast who trained at the Olympic Training Center and competed for the University of Florida, Kelly brings a wealth of experience and passion to every aspect of her gym.

She works with children ages 3 to 18, guiding them from their very first cartwheel to high-level competitive training. Kelly personally coaches middle and high school athletes, many of whom train over 20 hours a week. Her coaching philosophy goes beyond physical training—she teaches time management, discipline, and personal accountability, empowering her gymnasts to succeed both on and off the mat.

Kelly is also committed to supporting the local community by employing high school and college students at her facility, providing mentorship and leadership opportunities for young adults.

Outside the gym, Kelly is a proud wife to her husband Wes and mom to two energetic kids, Finn (8) and Emma (6). When she’s not coaching, you’ll often find the Flagler family exploring local favorites in Flagler Beach or off on their next travel adventure.

Andrea Bruno headshot

Andrea Bruno

Andrea Bruno was born and raised in Venezuela and has Italian and Portuguese roots. She moved to the United States in 2016 and has lived in Florida ever since. A 2022 graduate of Cypress Bay High School, Andrea earned her degree from Nova Southeastern University in May 2025, where she double majored in Education and Human Services Administration.

Over the past seven years, Andrea has completed more than 3,500 community service hours, with over 2,500 of those during high school. In college, she helped launch a free English program for her local community, teaching both children and adults practical language skills to support everyday communication. With a strong background in nonprofit and educational initiatives, Andrea remains deeply committed to uplifting underserved communities and creating
access for youth.

Andrea enjoys staying active, reading, biking, and doing crafts. She is excited to be part of the Florida Junior Chamber of Commerce and is passionate about providing meaningful opportunities for young people—knowing that the support and opportunities she received helped shape her into who she is today.

Dr. Kiesel

Dr. Kiesel joined the Marines right out of high school in 1960. He served
as an Avionic Communication and Navigation Electronic Engineer on the F4H Phantom Jet. After serving he went directly into the IBM Corporation where he spent the next 58 years retiring as an Executive Engineer in 2022 at the age of 80. His job there was traveling the earth teaching at Universities in 6 of the 7 continents. He also holds degrees in Earth Science and is a Graduate Gemologist with the Gemological Institute of America.

His passion is education and he and his brother have established the Kiesel Scholarship at the University of Indianapolis where they have helped scores of student graduate and become productive health, science, and religious leaders. His hopes are to bring this emphasis on education and learning to the counties in central Florida.

In his spare time, he and his wife travel and enjoy trips in their camper.
